Terms of Use
These Terms of Use govern your use of BudgetSyncer on the web and in the iOS and Android apps. App Store purchases are also governed by Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
The service
BudgetSyncer syncs transactions from supported European banks into your YNAB budget. Bank access uses open banking (GoCardless). YNAB access uses YNAB's OAuth API. We do not store your bank or YNAB passwords.
Accounts
You must keep your login details secure. You can delete your BudgetSyncer account from Profile in the iOS or Android app, or by emailing admin@budgetsyncer.com. Deleting your account removes your login, bank connections, and YNAB tokens. It does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; cancel those in the store that billed you.
Subscriptions
Sync requires an auto-renewing subscription. Plans are sold as BudgetSyncer Pro with 2, 4, or 10 bank connections, billed monthly or yearly. The website base plan is 4.99€/month or 29.99€/year for 2 connections; App Store and Google Play show the price for your storefront before you confirm. New subscribers may receive a 7-day free trial when eligible. Subscriptions renew until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge.
Website subscriptions are billed by Stripe and managed on the BudgetSyncer website. iOS subscriptions are billed by Apple and managed in Settings or the App Store. Android subscriptions are billed by Google and managed in Google Play.
For purchases made through the App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies.
Acceptable use
Use BudgetSyncer only with bank accounts and YNAB budgets you are authorized to access. Do not misuse the service, attempt to bypass billing, or interfere with other users.

Disclaimer
BudgetSyncer is provided as-is. Sync depends on your bank, GoCardless, YNAB, and the App Store or Google Play. We are not liable for missed or delayed imports, bank or YNAB outages, or how you use imported transactions in your budget. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be waived.

BudgetSyncer is a YNAB-approved integration. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by YNAB. The official YNAB website can be found at https://www.ynab.com.
The names YNAB and You Need A Budget, as well as related names, tradenames, marks, trademarks, emblems, and images are registered trademarks of YNAB.
